IOOF Holdings pays $27m for near-new Bundoora office

IOOF Holdings Limited is paying MAB Corporation $26.93 million – reflecting a yield of 5.9 per cent – for a near-new office building in Bundoora, 16 kilometres north of the Melbourne CBD.

The fully leased asset at 30 Janefield Drive was offered with a long nine year weighted average lease expiry. Its two biggest tenants include the Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS) and RMIT University, which has committed to the four-level, 3960 square metre building until 2030.
