The Penrith Homemaker Centre in Greater Western Sydney has welcomed a new outdoor furniture specialist to its line-up of retail brands.

Osmen Outdoor has signed a five-year lease on its newest outlet – a 454sqm showroom within the Harvey Norman owned Penrith Homemaker Centre – joining other retailers including Harvey Norman, Domayne, Bunnings, Spotlight, Baby Bunting and Fantastic Furniture.

The new outlet marks Osmen Outdoor’s sixth store in New South Wales.

CBRE’s Shane Cook, who negotiated the lease deal in conjunction with colleague Ryan Arrowsmith, said the opportunity to secure a presence in one of Australia’s largest homemaker centres underpinned the deal.

“Osmen Outdoor was attracted to the Penrith Homemaker Centre given its strong A-grade retail mix and prime positioning of this tenancy being located next to high traffic generators – Harvey Norman and Bunnings,” Mr Cook said.

“With a strong presence of national brands occupying over 63,000sqm of GLA, Penrith Homemaker Centre is one of the most desirable and prominent centres nationally.”
