The former City Ford site at 75 Crown Street, Woolloomooloo, is on the market with the private family owners looking to reap about $100 million.
The Art Deco-influenced building was originally built for Hastings Deering in 1938, later becoming a six-storey showroom and headquarters for City Ford.
