Leading Sydney developer offers savings of up to $13K on apartment purchases

06-Dec-2017

New home purchasers have been offered the opportunity to make further savings on top of the NSW Government’s $5,000 new home grant bonusi, courtesy of leading Sydney developer, Coronation Property.

With developments spread across key growth areas in the Sydney region, including 8 Phillip Street in Parramatta, The Paper Mill in Liverpool, and Charlie Parker in Harris Park, Coronation Property has over 1,300 apartments currently in the construction pipeline.

Now, homebuyers who purchase a new apartment directly from Coronation Property will become a member of the ‘Coronation Society’, and according to the group’s Managing Director, Joseph Nahas, the financial benefits of membership to the upgraded program are significant.

“We recognise the importance of building relationships with our valued clientele over a long period of time, and this is why we want to reward them even more for their loyalty,” said Mr Nahas.

“As such, we’re offering our repeat customers the chance to save 1% off the purchase price of a second property, which on a $650,000 apartment can mean an extra $6,500 in savings on top of the new home grant bonus.

“For a third or additional future property purchase, the discount rises to 2%, which equates to an additional $13,000 in savings.”

However, Mr Nahas says membership of Coronation Society is rewarding on many other levels as well.

“Coronation Society membership opens doors to exclusive opportunities for our loyal community, including VIP invitations to premium events and exclusive promotional offers from partner brands,” said Mr Nahas.

“In addition, Coronation Society membership provides priority access to our future new developments, allowing buyers to tap into our long-standing expertise in the Sydney market and take advantage of ‘over-the-horizon’ investment scenarios that will benefit their property portfolios.”

Coronation Property is also encouraging purchasers to help build the communities in which they acquire a home, by referring friends or family via the Coronation Society website.

“Society members who recommend someone to Coronation Property will receive a gift card worth $3,000 from either Westfield, SupaCenta Moore Park, or Ignite Travel Group, when that referral settles on a new home,” added Mr Nahas.

“This is just another way in which we’re rewarding our customers, and importantly, it’s not a one-time deal – the more people you introduce, the more we will recognise your support.”
